Two main events were organised for Carnival 2006:

Stage Show: A children’s show with carnival costumes was organised on the Carnival Saturday. Organised by Gozo Residents Association.

Carnival Floats: For the second consecutive year, Ghaqda 13 ta' Dicembru took part in the youth carnival shows which were organised in several villages in Gozo. This year, their float carried all 1st prizes except one (second place).
